Klas’ understanding of technology, combined with his business acumen makes him a great fit now that ZeroPoint Technologies are moving into a phase of stronger focus on business development and company growth. Dr. Per Stenström, Chief Scientist Officer (CSO), Founder and co-inventor – Professor and an internationally renowned expert in computer architecture, especially for his contributions to high-performance memory systems (ACM and IEEE Fellow). He has industrial experience as a senior staff engineer at Sun Microsystems and several board-level positions in startup companies. Dr. Angelos Arelakis, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Founder and co-inventor – With a Ph.D in computer architecture, Angelos is an expert in memory system architectures and ultra-fast memory compression.”

Daniel Moreau, ASIC Developer – Daniel Moreau has a bachelor in Computer science and a master’s degree in embedded systems design at Chalmers University of Technology.

Dr. Vasilis Spiliopoulos, System Architect and Software Developer – In his thesis work Vasilis studied energy efficiency of computer systems, with a focus on the memory system behavior under different core-frequency and cache configurations. Moreover, he spent two semesters as an ARM intern before joining ZeroPoint. Sohrab Yaghmai, Senior ASIC Developer – With several decades of industrial ASIC design and testing, Sohrab brings critical and invaluable ASIC experience to the team. Dr. Yiannis Nikolakopoulos, Software Developer – Yiannis Nikolakopoulos holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, in Gothenburg, Sweden. His broader research interests include parallel and distributed systems, concurrent data structures and fine-grain synchronization, memory management and operating systems. He has won a Best Paper Award in ACM DEBS ’17, and a Best Grand Challenge Solution Award in ACM DEBS ’15.
